Founding-client offer
A fast, findable site in ten working days.
£3,000, fixed. Seven pages, written and built for you, live inside a fortnight. Built by the founder, not a queue.
Founding-client pricing. The first ten clients, or 30 November 2026.
After that the price moves. No countdown timer. It is simply the deal while we build our first ten case studies.

How the fortnight runs
Day 0
Call and content checklist
Days 1 to 2
Structure, copy, design direction
Day 3
You review. One round.
Days 4 to 6
Build
Day 7
Demo call
Day 8
Fixes, search setup, analytics, consent
Day 9
QA, speed and accessibility pass
Day 10
Launch and training call
The honest bit: you get two working days to give feedback. Late feedback moves the launch date by the same number of days, and we tell you by how much in writing. That rule is why this can be a fixed price.
What is not in the £3,000
Most agencies hide this. We publish it, because it is the only reason a fixed price is believable.
- More than seven pages
- E-commerce or payments
- Logins and portals
- Booking systems beyond an embedded calendar
- Any integration past the one form
- Migrating an existing site's content, URLs and redirects
- Logo or brand identity
- Photography and video
- A second design direction or second revision round
None are refusals. All are separate quotes, in writing, before anything starts. A second revision round is £450. You will never get an invoice you did not agree to first.
A site is not a lead source. Not on its own.
A new site gets you a baseline. What moves the line is what happens monthly afterwards. That is the Growth Retainer.
Foundation
£950 a month
Technical fixes, Google Business Profile, one content piece, a report you can read
Most commonly chosen
Growth
£1,250 a month
Plus two content pieces, AI-answer work, outreach
Aggressive
£1,750 a month
Plus four pieces, comparison and glossary pages, conversion work
Three-month minimum, monthly in advance. Your first invoice is the month after go-live, not the week you paid for the site.
We freeze your baseline on launch day and show it back to you every month. Rankings, impressions, enquiries, Google Business actions. You will be able to see the line move, or see that it has not.
When a website is the wrong answer
If nobody can find you, this fixes it.
If people find you fine and the problem is what happens next, a website will not help. Slow quotes, work stuck in a spreadsheet, a process that survives because one person remembers it. A nicer site makes no difference to any of it.
That is what the Pilot is for. Two weeks, £7,500, and you come out with a map of your own operation and a costed answer to what to build.
